Cancellation & Refund

A. Cancellation Due to Damaged or Defective Items

  • If an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please notify us immediately, and we will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost.
  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged goods.
  • We will cover the return shipping for defective or damaged products.

B. Cancellation Due to Change of Mind

  • If you wish to cancel an order due to a change of mind, please note that a stocking fee will apply.
  • Stocking fee is used to cover the cost of restocking the returned items.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
  • The item must be in original, unused condition with packaging intact.
  • A stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

C. Return of Opened Items

  • Opened items that are not defective or damaged may be subject to restocking fees.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
  • If the item is returned opened but in resaleable condition, a partial refund may be provided.

Refund Owing to Cancellation

If you decide to cancel an order after it has been processed, you will be entitled to a full refund, provided the cancellation occurs before the item has been shipped. If the cancellation request is made after the item has already shipped, the return process will apply, and a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This is to cover the administrative and logistical costs associated with processing the return.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
